Trip Manager is provided so tour guests can view itinerary updates, driver and pickup information, and vouchers tied to an existing booking. Using the app means you accept these terms.

Your booking

The app does not sell tours. Access depends on a valid booking ID and last name. Information in the app reflects what your tour operator has issued for that booking; if something looks wrong, contact the operator who confirmed your trip.

Notifications and location

Pickup reminders and trip updates require notification permission. Location is optional and used only for transfers and on-day guidance. You can refuse either permission; some features will then be limited.

Availability

We aim to keep the app accurate and available, but live conditions (traffic, weather, supplier changes) can still move a pickup or activity. Treat the app as your on-the-ground brief, and follow instructions from your driver or guide if they differ on the day.
