Trip Manager is a companion app for travellers on an organised tour. It shows your itinerary for today, driver and pickup details, and downloadable vouchers. This policy describes what the app uses to do that.

What we collect

To sign you in, the app asks for your booking ID and last name, the same details on your confirmation. After you sign in, it may store a device token so we can send pickup reminders and on-day trip updates. If you allow location, it is used only to support transfers and on-day guidance, not to build a marketing profile.

How it is used

Booking details fetch your trip, today’s activity, assigned driver, and vouchers. Push tokens deliver operational notices (pickup time, day changes). We do not sell this information, and we do not send promotional push from this app.

How long it is kept

Trip data stays available for the duration of your booking. You can sign out in the app at any time. Device tokens are removed when you disable notifications or uninstall.
